Dedicated to Projects of Consequence

Not your first summit.

You were brought in to transform the organization. You’ve got the vision, the mandate, and the board behind you. Now you need a team that matches your ambition: senior people who’ve been doing this work since 2001, and who use AI the way a good crew uses power tools, to build faster without building worse.

This Is You

You took the hard job.

You’re assembling the team.

Pulling the right people together across time zones and org charts, because the work demands it.

You’re past the pilot stage.

The proof of concept worked. Now the whole organization has to build, ship, and operate differently, and that’s a different job.

You’re accelerating the mission.

Every week of delay costs money, momentum, and credibility with the people who handed you the mandate.

You’re delivering the transformation.

You’re in it every day, driving it, and each success leads to the next project of consequence, bigger than the last.

You don’t need more consultants. You’ve seen the decks, sat through the workshops, paid for the recommendations that gathered dust. What you need is a handful of senior operators inside your team, making everything move faster.

That’s what Atlantis has done for 25 years. We earn trust on the ground: in code reviews, war rooms, and the daily hard conversations nobody else will have.

AI changes the math. Outcomes that used to take a 50-person team now come from a small squad of senior people who’ve done this hundreds of times.

You pay for the transformation. Not the timesheet.

Your Advantage

What changes when Atlantis
embeds with your team.

Your roadmap accelerates by months.

Initiatives tracking to “end of year” start landing in the spring. Your team gets back speed it didn’t know it had lost, because the blockers everyone was steering around are gone.

Your best people stop leaving.

Talented engineers and leaders don’t quit because of the work, they quit because of the dysfunction. When the friction disappears, your top contributors double down instead of looking for the exits.

Your budget goes further. Much further.

We routinely find six (sometimes seven) figures of waste in the first few weeks: bad vendor contracts, redundant tools, processes that exist because nobody questioned them. That recovered spend funds the work.

Your AI advantage becomes real.

Nobody needs another AI strategy deck. We find the few workflows where AI actually pays, build the capability, and wire it into how your teams already work.

Your credibility compounds.

Every success expands what you’re trusted to take on next. We’re there to keep the streak alive.

Your gains become permanent.

We build for your independence. Everything we set up is designed so your team owns it outright when we leave, and it keeps working after we’re gone.

The Pattern

Each success leads to your next project of consequence.

You’ve seen this before. You take on the hard thing, the transformation everyone said was impossible, and you deliver. The legacy systems get replaced. The teams start shipping. The organization works differently than it did before you arrived.

And then comes the next mountain, bigger than the last. The board sees what you did and asks you to do it again, at greater scope, on a tighter timeline.

That’s where we come in. We’re deputies. We advance your initiatives without making you the bottleneck or the bad guy, we make your team better while we’re there, and we use AI to compress timelines that used to be immovable.

Your name goes on the win.
That’s the arrangement.
Your Results

What this looks like
when it works.

BUDGET RECOVERED
$500K+

Annual waste eliminated

One CIO found $500K+ in vendor waste in week one. Contracts renegotiated by week three. Migration completed in four months. The processes are still running two years later.

SHIPPING ACCELERATED
4×

Deployment velocity

From monthly releases to weekly, across six teams and four time zones. Deploy day went from dreaded to routine.

CALENDAR RECLAIMED
75%

Meeting overhead eliminated

30 hours of weekly meetings cut to 8. The recovered time went straight into building.

TEAM KEPT WHOLE
0%

Key talent attrition

The best people usually run from projects like this. On this one, they leaned in. No critical contributor left, and the team told leadership it had never functioned better.

Your Path

From first call to real impact
in weeks, not quarters.

01

Conversation

One call. You tell us about the mountain you’re climbing, the team you have, and where you need speed. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so on the call. No matter what: no pitch deck, no follow-up sequence.

02

Immersion

Two weeks embedded with your teams, learning how the organization actually works, and where things quietly stall. You get a tactical plan tuned to your priorities by the end of week two.

03

Acceleration

Senior people embedded alongside your team, driving your agenda. Blockers come out one by one. The wins start to stack.

04

Independence

Knowledge transferred. Systems documented. Your team operating at the new pace on its own. When we leave, the improvements don’t leave with us. That’s really the whole point.

Real engagements. Real transformations.

Enterprise Fintech · Global Platform Modernization

A newly appointed CTO inherited six engineering teams across four time zones and a modernization mandate from the board. Legacy vendors were entrenched. Deployment cadence: monthly, on a good month. We embedded senior operators alongside the existing teams: aligning priorities, dismantling bottlenecks, and rebuilding the release process. Within 90 days, deployments were weekly. Meeting overhead dropped. No key contributor left, start to finish.

Healthcare Technology · HIPAA-Compliant Telemedicine Platform

A VP of Engineering needed to scale a telemedicine platform under strict HIPAA constraints, with a team that had never built for regulated environments. We embedded engineers and operators who had. Architected the compliance framework, trained the internal team to own it, and delivered a platform handling thousands of concurrent sessions. The team runs it on their own now.

National Logistics · Vendor Consolidation & Migration

A CIO inherited $500K+ in annual vendor waste and a migration that had been stalled for a year. Two consulting engagements before us had ended in reports. Contracts were renegotiated by week three, the migration done in four months, and the processes we put in place are still running. Two years later, without us.

EdTech · Scaling from Pilot to Platform

What started as a promising pilot was buckling under real user load. The founding engineering team was talented but stretched thin and drowning in technical debt. We embedded alongside them, cleared the path, and replaced no one. Refactored the core architecture, established CI/CD practices, and mentored junior engineers who are now leading their own teams. The platform scaled 10× without a single additional hire.

Our Story

25 years of helping leaders
deliver projects of consequence.

We didn’t pivot to this. We’ve worked through every technology cycle since 2001, embedded the whole way.

Atlantis Technology was founded in 2001, at the bottom of the dot-com bust, on a premise that hasn’t changed. The leaders driving enterprise transformations don’t need more advice. They need operators in the arena with them.

For 25 years, we’ve embedded inside organizations where the stakes were real and the timelines were aggressive. We’ve learned what actually moves the needle when a new CTO inherits a mess, a VP has a mandate to modernize, or a board demands results faster than the organization has ever moved.

The answer has never been a deck or a dashboard. It’s experienced people who earn trust up close, in the standups and the 1-on-1s, and drive change from the inside.

We’ve rebuilt technology organizations in financial services, healthcare, education, logistics, and government, and learned how differently each one moves. The lessons came from inside the buildings.

When AI arrived, we treated it the way we treated the cloud in 2012: learn it inside real client work, keep what holds up, skip the theater. It multiplies everything we already did well, and nothing we didn’t.

One of our earliest clients gave us a word that stuck: alacrity, brisk and cheerful readiness. It’s the best single word for how we operate. Twenty-five years later, it still fits.

2001

Founded in Boston. Built to embed and operate alongside technology leaders, not advise from the sidelines.

2005

Enterprise at scale. Financial services, healthcare, and logistics leaders trusted us with their most consequential projects.

2012

Cloud migration era. Guided dozens of enterprises through the transition before the playbook existed. We wrote it alongside our clients.

2018

Modern engineering. CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, DevOps culture. Helped legacy organizations operate like the companies attempting to disrupt them.

2024

The AI inflection. Clients facing the biggest technology shift since cloud. We embedded alongside them again, this time helping teams separate AI signal from noise and ship real results.

2026

Operators, amplified. The people and habits haven’t changed. The cycle times have. For clients who can’t afford to wait.

The Fit

Built for leaders with
ambitious mandates.

Right fit

CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering driving enterprise-wide technology transformation

Clear vision, aggressive timeline, complex organizational dynamics

Leaders who want a force multiplier, not another consultant

Organizations with legacy vendors, entrenched processes, and teams ready to move

Not the right fit

Early-stage startups (you need builders, not accelerators)

Companies looking for a strategy deck (we execute, not advise)

Anyone who thinks the problem is purely technical (it never is)

Organizations looking for long-term dependency (we build for independence)
